Via the online ticketing system, tickets must be booked at No need to buy your tickets online in advance. You can buy them directly at the cash desks located at the top and bottom of the Citadel.
If you still prefer to book your tickets, you can do so via our online ticketing service, at least 24 hours in advance (no online purchase the same day).

The Citadel of Dinant has a new website, designed to better support visitors in preparing for their visit. Clearer, more intuitive and accessible on all media, this new tool brings together all the practical information and experiences offered on the site.
The new site facilitates access to essential information: schedules, prices, access, visits, events and catering. The objective is to allow everyone to prepare for their visit with complete peace of mind, whether it is a family outing, a school trip or a professional event.
The structure of the pages has been redesigned in order to offer simple and logical navigation. The contents are better prioritized and adapted to consultation on a smartphone, tablet or computer.
This new site will continue to evolve over the seasons, with the addition of news, new experiences and practical information updated regularly.
